Lina Constanza Osorio Tabares │Planktonic Foraminifera

I am Geologist from the Universidad de Caldas (Colombia) and part of the foraminifera research area of this Institute. My main interests are biostratigraphy and paleoecology through planktonic foraminifera. Currently, I am a master student in Earth Science from the Universidad de Caldas and also part of the Stratigraphy and Volcanology Research Group (GIEV) Cumanday. My research project involves planktonic foraminifera analysis to determine paleoecological conditions in the Caribbean of Colombia in the Eocene/Oligocene and Oligocene/Miocene limits.
