I am Geologist from the Universidad de Caldas (Colombia), specialist in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) from Universidad de Manizales (Colombia) and PhD candidate in Geological Sciences from the Universidad Nacional de Salta (Argentina). My main interests are volcanology, petrology, geomorphology and the application of GIS in geology. My research project involves petrography, geochemical and morphological analysis of Cerro Bravo volcano, Colombia; in order to reconstruct the volcanic evolutive periods and its magmatic system.
Currently, I belong to the Research Group on Stratigraphy and Volcanology (GIEV) Cumanday.
